ABOUT NICOLAS COSEDIS

From high above the streets of Copenhagen, I find the true essence of the city’s beauty. As an aerial photographer, my lens captures the world from a unique perspective - flying in a small Cessna 172, window open, feeling the rush of the wind as I hover over the city’s iconic landmarks.

For years, I’ve traversed the sky of Europe, but it’s Copenhagen that continues to captivate me. Whether in the warmth of summer or the biting chill of winter, when I’m dressed like I’m about to embark on an Arctic expedition, the magic of this city never fades.

I’ve always been drawn to the city at dusk, when daylight begins to fade and the electric lights awaken. This is when the true magic begins. From the ancient towers to the modern sweep of the Royal Opera House, Copenhagen’s historical and architectural wonders come alive, glowing under the soft hues of twilight. It’s in these evening hours that I find my deepest inspiration - capturing the pulse of the city as it transitions from day to night, where history meets the hum of modern life.

Every flight brings a new discovery, a fresh angle, a different light. Through my lens, I aim to share not just an image but a feeling - the love and reverence I have for this city, forever illuminated in its endless beauty.
